We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, EFTs, and company checks. Call to arrange an EFT. Company POs are accepted for credit approved customers. Call for more information.

It all depends on your order. Smaller orders under 104″ or 150 lbs are shipped via UPS. Larger orders require either customer pickup or shipping via freight carrier. All orders ship FOB (Freight On Board) Origin.

In stock parts typically ship in 1-2 business days. Items not in stock ordinarily ship within 5 business days from receipt and processing of your order. Items requiring processing or assembly typically ship within five (5) business days. Complexity and size of an order may affect lead times. We will make every effort to advise when an order will ship. When placing an order or discussing a potential order with us, please advise us of your delivery needs.

Please contact us to make arrangements to purchase items from us without us collecting sales tax on your order. We will require the appropriate documentation from you indicating that you pay the taxes directly or are exempt from the taxes. Taxes will be collected on all sales made without such documentation on file.

Return of shipped items are only accepted in the case of a defective item. If you believe that you have received a defective item, please contact us within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Return requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the order. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Once a return request has been approved, we will contact you with an RMA number and shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping charges and for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item. Any item delivered to us without an approved RMA number will be rejected. Returns must be in the original packaging and in new condition. Once we have verified the condition of the returned item(s) a refund will be approved. Customized items are not returnable and are nonrefundable.
